Ground in the Phase Your In 

Just like the phases of the moon, the chapter of life your living requires a gentle reminder of its temporal nature. The Eight of Pentacles is all about honing in your craft and honoring the work on your lap. Intuitively, I see this energy as the end of the beginning (as Djo famously says lol), where the next step is to ground in this phase. Ground into this present moment. Although the middle of the process can provide a sense of flow and security, fear of the unknown outcome has the tendency to creep in. If/when that occurs, root in unwavering faith in yourself -- faith in your gifts, resources, and resilience. Before you know it, this phase will end, and your final product will reveal itself. 

So find joy in the journey, as they wisely say. 

You'll look back at this time of your life with gratitude as long as you remain present and fulfilled.

Astrology Forecast: March 2-8

March 2: Mars Enters Pisces 

The planet of action, aggression, and war enters dreamy and spiritual Pisces. Like Mercury, Mars also does not feel comfortable in this zodiac sign. Pisces is intuitive, synchronistic, and goes with the flow like the element it rules (water). Mars is fiery, motivated, and always moving with intensity. On an individual level, Mars in Pisces calls for you to take intuitive and heart-led action. This is not a time to lead with your head or logic. If this necessary approach isn't your strong suit, grounding into your body is the bridge between logic and intuition. When you check in with your body -- its needs, feelings, and sensations, that's also your intuition talking. 

Mars will square Uranus and oppose the moon the moment it enters Pisces, forming a challenging triangle full of unexpected surprise, aggressive conflict, and the need for emotional resilience. As a collective: this transit bluntly speaks of the war. Be extra gentle with yourself at this time. Collectively, the state of the world is a hard pill to swallow. When it comes toy your individual day-to-day, make sure you take your time when discerning your next moves. If someone at work gives you attitude, do not engage but rather: express your feelings through journaling or a walk through nature. This is your opportunity to experience your emotions with curiosity and flow. 

March 3: Full Moon Total Lunar Eclipse in Virgo 

On Tuesday at 3:33 am PT, a Full Moon Total Lunar Eclipse in devoted Virgo takes center stage of the cosmos, continuing a narrative that dates all the way back to 1979 for the collective. 

Let's go back in time so we can understand the power of this destined transit:

On March 13, 1979, we had a Full Moon Partial Lunar Eclipse in Virgo at the 22nd degree. Eclipses occur when the sun and moon oppose one another and conjunct the north and south node. The moon for this particular eclipse was right next door the north node, also known as the mathematical point of a person's destiny, defining this transit as a pivotal moment of purpose for the collective.

As we discussed during the New Moon Annular Eclipse two weeks ago, the 22nd degree is a master number of polarity, duality, and mastery. It's also ruled by Capricorn, the resilient yet patriarcal sign of long term achievement.

Combined, the March 1979 Partial Lunar Eclipse was a moment of fate for the collective, a point of destiny that set the stage for a chapter of long term, patriarchal growth. Mars, no different than what we will experience today, was also in Pisces, bringing aggression and conflict to a spiritual and artistic meca. 

So what happened during this powerful day of fate on March 13, 1929?

The start of Iran's current government. 

Fast forward to March 3, 2026:

Tomorrow's Total Lunar Eclipse in Virgo is the karmic continuation of the 1979 eclipse's narrative. The 2026 eclipse occurs at the 12th degree, which is the Pisces degree aka where the planet of war landed in 1979 and just landed today.

Notice how the 1979 eclipse was Partial, and tomorrow's is Total, causing the Moon to appear red, the color of passion and aggression. This time, the moon will travel alongside the south node, the mathematical point of the sky that speaks to the past along with our innate talents. I see this as the next karmic step from the 1979 eclipse -- taking the years of patriarchal oppression and alchemizing them into a fated check point.

Spirituality is political. The ancient healing tools that provide structure and reason in the readings I provide for you also have an extensive history of serving the collective. I would not do my job with integrity if I ignored world issues.

For the healing members who weren't alive in March 1979: Let's reflect on the last Total Eclipse in Virgo (March 14, 2025). What were you navigating at that time, and how is this current eclipse a conclusion of that time in your life?

March 6: Venus Enters Aries

The planet of relationships, beauty, finances, and our values hits the reset button thanks to entering the first sign of the zodiac. Venus joins Neptune and Saturn in the early degrees of fiery and passionate Aries, allowing for a powerful review of the Venusian topics. This transit will uncover the truth of your relationships, finances, definition of beauty, and true values. Neptune will ask for you to gently flow with this understanding while Saturn will ask you to ground in structured and systemic healing. This is a week full of reflecting before taking action. When passion and the drive to create change arises, I implore you to pause. Ask yourself insightful questions. If it's a new haircut you want or a more diversified financial portfolio, unveil the layers of subtext rather than impulsively taking action. The healing lies in the bottom layer, no different than a pearl in the layers of a molusk.
