This week is the beginning of a new way of living.
At first, it's going to feel slow. Perhaps you feel tired, sluggish, and low energy from all of the Labor Day Weekend festivities. This is also a normal response to Eclipse season. Eclipses take a lot of energy out of you! Especially this one since it ended a 2 year cycle and began anew.
I see this first full week of September being a time of slowing down, reflecting, and shifting. Virgo season is in full swing, and Virgo rules the 6th house of daily rituals and health. Your priority this week is to modify your approach to these facets of your life.
Daily routines are one of the most important foundations of your life because they solidify your behavior patterns. Behavior patterns create your belief systems, and beliefs create your reality. So take inventory on your daily rituals -- what is working? What isn't?
Now that eclipse season quite literally eclipsed what you don't need out of your life, it's time to create the daily practices that allow you to embody your dream life.
