Liberation (Just the Beginning)...
Can you believe we're in the middle of Aries season already?! I feel I like I blinked and BAM! It's almost Taurus season!
This week marks the end of the retrograde AND cazimi season! Venus and Mercury station direct and Chiron, the wounded healer astroid, cazimis at the master number 22 degrees (don't worry, we'll unpack this jibberish!).
What I find most magical about the week is its end. We have not one, not two, but THREE magical transits happening on Saturday, April 12, including the full moon in Libra.
These three transits happen to land on the weekend of both Passover and Palm Sunday (for many years, Ramadan's end was April 12th, but this year Ramadan's last day naturally fell on the Solar Eclipse last week!). This synchroncity shows the natural, coexisteing intersection of Spirituality and Religion. The themes of these religious holidays and transits not only share similarities—but they also shed insight on the road ahead for us individually and collectively.
So, what do all of these transits and all of these religious holidays have in common?
The beginning of Liberation.
Tarot Card of the Week:

We Are One... And It's Time We Accept That Truth
The Wheel of Fortune from the Rider-Waite-Smith Tarot Deck (the OG deck all modern decks are based on) is the card for this week. And look at how it aligns with our intro.
The Wheel of Fortune represents the ups and downs of life, how our greatest success comes from the joys and challenges we experience at certain cycles. It also affirms the temporal nature of life—how there is always a beginning, middle, and end of every moment we experience.
Look at all of the religious and scientific symbolism in this card!
- The Christian Four Evangelists on every corner of the card, representing 'Good news.' Also representing the four fixed signs in astrology (Taurus, Scorpio, Aquarius, Leo) -- establishing the good news being long term.
- The Snake is the Egyptian God of Destruction, Seth and the red figure is the Egyptian God of Reincarnation, Anubis -- representing life's natural procession of birth, death, rebirth.
- The Hebrew Symbols in between the Alchemistic Characters. The Hebrew Symbols (Yod Heh Vau Heh) spell out the unpronounceable name of God while the Alchemistic Characters (Mercury, Salt, Water, and Sulfur) represent the scientific elements that sustain life.
What many people fail to understand about Tarot is its brilliant ability to reflect the natural coexistence of Spirituality and all (yes, all) Religions.
This card in particular allows for the intersection of Religion, Science, and Spirituality to show us the magical reality that every human experiences the same cycles of life. We all experience birth, death, and rebirth throughout our lives—regardless of our beliefs, regardless of our backgrounds, regardless of our identities.
At the end of the day, we all enter and exit the world the same way.
And understanding what cycle we're in individually and collectively is the key to both our individual and collective liberation.
And given the grey clouds around each Evangelist/Fixed Astrology Sign, the representation of Good News—it will take facing the fog that divides us to get to that point of liberation (hello, Mercury Stationing Direct!)
Wheel of Fortune Affirmation:
I accept the phase I am in and support my loved ones in the phase they face, for diverse perspective is the key to our collective freedom.
Astrology Forecast: April 7-13
The end is here. As you bid farewell to retrograde, eclipse, and Cazimi season, the full moon at the end of the week guides you to officially shed. This is the week that gifts you the official stamp of Letting Go For Good™ that you've been working towards all of March, and here's why—
April 7: Mercury Stations Direct in Pisces
As Mercury stations direct in Pisces on April 7, you emerge from a fog of emotional introspection. This retrograde likely brought subconscious truths to the surface—dreams, memories, and intuitive hits you could no longer ignore. Now that Mercury is Direct, you're gifted with clearer emotional insight and the language to express it through the lens of compassion. Let your words be gentle but honest; this is about speaking your heart's truth, not solely your mind’s logic.
April 12, Part I: Venus Stations Direct in Aries
On April 12, Venus stations direct in Pisces, gently waking you up from a dreamy, soul-searching reevaluation of love, beauty, and self-worth. This Venus Retrograde taught you what you need to feel loved and valued along with the ways you can honor another's needs and values. You may notice clarity arriving around your values, your relationships, your relationship to money, or your creative longings. This is a moment of spiritual softness, a final freedom from what made you feel less than and dim. Let what you’ve uncovered guide you toward deeper intimacy and artistic inspiration rooted in self-compassion.
April 12, Part II: Chiron Cazimi
The same day as Venus Direct, Chiron (wounded healer astroid) meets the Sun in a rare Cazimi in Aries—a spotlight on the wound and the warrior within. To remind you, a Cazimi iswhen the sun and, in this case, Chiron, are conjunct to the degree. Chiron Cazimi in Aries asks you to heal your deepest wounds by reclaiming your right to exist, to show up as your worthy, authentic self, and to begin again. This transit offers a breakthrough for those healing from abandonment, invisibility, or the pain of never feeling like they're “enough.” Standing in the fire of your pain, without shrinking, is the medicine. Of course this transit happens on Passover, the Jewish celebration of liberation from Egypt in 12th century BCE along with Palm Sunday, the day Jesus entered Jerusalem unapologetically. This also marks a week since Ramadan's end—the month of fasting during daylight hours to honor the Quran. Although these three religious groups have and still don't get along, the commonality between all three important holidays landing on/closely around Chiron Cazimi is liberation through facing the deep wound through healing compassion. This is not about "fixing" the wound, pushing it away, or shying away from it—but honoring it as part of our sacred fire. This applies individually and collectively.
April 12, Part II: Full Moon in Libra
Finally, the Full Moon in Libra brings the emotional culmination of this healing journey into our relationships. Libra teaches us about harmony and justice—not perfection or people-pleasing, but authentic balance. Where have you been over-giving or silencing yourself to maintain peace? Where have you held back for fear of disrupting connection? Under this full moon, your emotional needs are illuminated—let them speak. When you honor both your heart and theirs, healing becomes a shared dance.
