A new paradigm shift begins...
Can you feel the energy shift begin?
I woke up this morning, sobbing uncontrollably.
But not for the reason you'd first assume. Not even your second or third assumption.
Sure, I had personal reasons for my tears, however I felt rooted and grounded. I felt like my tears belonged to world, not just myself. I felt a new sense of freedom in the release of the old and outgrown.
Scientifically, crying is a chemical shift in the body. Spiritually, crying is a release of an old belief to step into a new, more aligned one. This moment did not fall short from either one of those truths.
This massive release and level up mirrored the timeline shift humanity's preparing for next week. And guess what?
You no longer have time to be inauthentic anymore.
The New Moon in Cancer approaches tomorrow and, let's be real, it's giving wake up sobbing vibes.
We're in the thick of Mercury Retrograde in Cancer as well, adding a sprinkle of heart-led reflection into this magical new beginning.
What long term emotional stability do you want to build for yourself?
That answer is the energy you need to work with for this new moon. And yes, you should absolutely unpack this answer through journalling, meditation, and/or artistic expression.
One day later, Barbault's Basket slowly begins to come to form. Barbault was a renown French astrologer who accurately predicted COVID and other world events by dissecting the transits of the outer planets (Pluto, Jupiter, Neptune, and Uranus).
Right before he passed away, he made a final prediction about a specific transit that occurs between those four planets from July 19-22 of 2026 -- aka this upcoming week. The four outer planets will create a basket in the sky through two Mini Grand Trines, with all planets involved in the 4th degree (ironically and synchronistically: the Cancer degree).
This is a transit that, like my morning tears, will shift the paradigm of the world.
Pluto trining Neptune on Wednesday marks the beginning of the formation materializing, allowing for the planet of slow-building, inevitable change to harmonize with the planet of spirituality and unconditional love -- both stationed retrograde.
This is a massive review for humanity that must happen prior to the shift, allowing Pluto in humanitarian Aquarius and Neptune in warrior Aries to blend the two energies of those zodiac signs in a way that moves the collective towards the transformation (Pluto) of unconditional love (Neptune).
This requires the collective to release the flaws of Neptune, which are addiction, illusion, and delusion around the Aries qualities of war and aggression through the one quality both Neptune and Pluto possess:
Truth.
Neptune reveals the truth by unveiling what was once unseen through the removal of rose-colored goggles, whereas Pluto reveals truth by unearthing it through the darkest depths of the Underworld.
Individually and collectively, this is the week of excavating the Truth that's been cradled deep within the shadows.
This week: nothing stays hidden any longer.
Surrender to the deepest realizations, revelations, and shame-slaying breakthroughs.
It may not be easy (it probably won't be!), but it will be the portal to the purest form of freedom.
Tarot Card to Embody This Week:

Affirmation:
Facing my shadow is the key to my freedom.
Journal Prompts:
- What long term emotional stability do you want to build for yourself?
- What Truth(s) has been kept in the shadows for far too long?
- What has shame been protecting me from? How can I release it for good?
